I've been working out for a full month now. I was motivated by my good friend Robo at the beginning to start working out and I've come a long way in a months time! I noticed now instead of getting weak on lunge # 10 I can get up to lunge # 40 and feel the burn. My calves are less flabby and more toned now. I've been starting to feel the ache in my butt too, noticing a bit of toning there ;) My arms are something I've been neglecting so instead of doing a "push up" which is really hard on my arms I'm doing "push ups" with my dresser by leaning against it at a 45 degree angle and pushing up and down. It is helping out and soon I will be able to do a push up with out straining myself. I've been trying a few new work outs to do tone up my abs more, I had them going good then got lazy. I'll post the below. My motivation is my facebook group Our Guide To Getting Healthier and my friends other two groups about eating healthier! We all work together on getting healthier. I also listening to music when I work out, I LOVE listening to rock it gets me going I feel like the angrier I am the better it is (get your mind out of the gutter!!) it is a real stress relief. I have really put myself into this and although my eating habits could be better I am slowly starting to change my life style.
My friend Robo showed us this video which is a bit difficult to do if you don't have upper body strength but it is worth a try: Stomach Fat Destroyer Workout
I am also doing the 30 Day Wall Sit Challenge! It is really toning my thighs and if you hold your abs too (dont forget to breathe while working out guys, it raises your blood pressure if you hold it!) it does twice as good. I've gotten up to 100 seconds! I'm 4 days ahead!!

BEFORE

When I graduated high school I weighed a good 183 lbs. Not that anything was wrong with that, I have seen beautiful women who have weighed more than that! But, I wasn't happy with myself. I was miserable not being able to wear what I wanted and hated that I could barley fit into my graduation dress when the day came. Now, I would like to tell you that I was determined to lose weight, I worked hard, etc. But, that is the thing...I didn't. I suffered from my Gallbladder attacks nightly, daily, and all in between. So, I started to lose weight with a combination of birth control and being sick. As November of 2013 hit, I got down to 140! After my surgery that month, I was down to 128 lbs. My goal was to be 120! This is a healthy weight for my height (5'3") and I plan on gaining and toning my muscles in my arms, stomach, legs, and butt. My goal is not to be "perfect" or "beautiful". My goal is to be happy with who I am PHYSICALLY. UPDATE: A few years later, I still struggle with my weight. I was steady at 130lbs and have gotten myself back up to 155lbs. This is where I'm starting again Nov 8 2014
